Multi Dimensia Entertainment didirikan oleh Dhamoo Punjabi yang merupakan adik dari Raam Punjabi bersama putranya Manoj Punjabi. Dhamoo dan Manoj mendirikannya setelah hengkang dari Multivision Plus (sekarang lebih dikenal sebagai MVP Entertainment Indonesia) pada 7 Desember 2002.

Posisi: Secretary To Bod
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc (including preparing and distributing papers for meetings, minutes of meeting, correspondence)
  • Use a variety of software packages (including excel, access and powerpoint) to manage data, produce documents and presentations
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries using an email system
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the Corporation and the CEO.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Secretary/Equivalent
  • Experience with working with CEO / Boards of Directors /Expatriate
  • Experience with international travel arrangements (Flights & hotel reservation, itinerary)
  • Excellent drafting skills, including minutes of meeting, correspondences, etc
  • Interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with people at all levels and a well-organised approach to work with detail oriented
  • Ability to think creatively, innovatively and well presented with a professional manner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English skills is a must

Posisi: Pr & Marketing Staff
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Keeping calendars and PR files (editorial, press conferences, interview, reviews, events etc.) and media lists
  • Support & participating in brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Assisting in organizing and execution of PR events, campaigns etc.
  • Effectively manage the internal public relations/advertising and internal communications/media specialists and delegate responsibilities to support internal Team Member special events.
  • Manage external communication related to news media including establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with news media representatives (Incoordination with Event & Media Coordinator)
  • Collect local news/media information and provide summary reports to PR & Marketing Manager on a regular basis.
  • Provide the official remarks for leadership on internal/external communication.
  • Correspond with news media to establish positive working relationships and promote corporate image/projects.
  • Oversee media archiving system to archive all internal communication related to MD Corps by Public Relations department including video, pictures, and multimedia (in-line with DCC department)
  • Coordinate internal communication project requests (video/graphics) with others department

Requirements:
  • Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree.
  • Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
  • Strong relationships with media and communication industry.
  • Presentation skills, awareness of different media agendas, ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to think creatively, innovatively and well presented with a professional manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
